Do Not Sell My Data
Top10Choose does not sell your personal information. This page explains your rights under US and global privacy law, what “sharing” means in the context of online advertising, and how to exercise your opt-out options.
What this page covers
Several US state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), define “selling” personal information broadly enough to include certain types of data sharing with advertising technology partners. Even where no money changes hands, sharing data with ad partners for the purpose of cross-context behavioural advertising may be classified as a “sale” or “sharing” under these laws.
This page explains what data we share with advertising partners, why, and how you can opt out of that sharing if you wish. It also covers your rights under other US state privacy laws and global frameworks including GDPR.
What data may be shared with advertising partners
When you visit top10choose.com, certain technical data is passed to our advertising technology partners as part of normal ad serving. This is not a sale of your personal information in the traditional sense. No data broker transaction takes place. However, under the broad definitions used in CCPA/CPRA and similar laws, the following activities may qualify as “sharing” for opt-out purposes:
We do not share your email address, name, postal address, or any other directly identifying information with any advertising partner. The data described above consists of technical signals and behavioural indicators, not personal profiles tied to your identity.
Your opt-out rights by jurisdiction

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other US states with applicable privacy laws have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data for targeted advertising purposes.
